1. ガイド同行契約の成立はガイド同行契約へ のご同意とガイド 料の支払い完了によります。 原則, 実施の20日前までに、銀行振込 または クレジットカードに てお支払い。 (この段階以後に解約の場合はキャンセル料がかかります,) 2,キャンセル料条件: ガイド料について: 契約成立後、お客様がガイドとの契約を解除する場合には、 次の条件でキャンセル料を申し受けます。 解除の申し出が実施の20日前 -- 8日前 ガイド料の20% 7日前 -- 3日前ガイド料の30% 2日前ガイド料の50% 1日前,当日 ガイド料の100% 契約成立後、ガイドがお客様との契約を解除する 場合には、 実施前のいつの時点でもガイド料の100%の返金。 当方は、いずれの場合でも、お客様の銀行口座に、残高から振込手数料を差し引いた額を銀 行口座か Paypal口座に振り込みま す。 ただし、交通機関のなどのキャンセル料が発生した場合は、 その分をさし引くか、不足分を請求することがあります。 また、解約申し出の時点でお客様の銀行口座か PayPal口座デー タが得られていない,または不備のため送金できないときは、直ちに返金免責とします。(お客様の銀行 口座は、契約のご連絡のときに承ります) |

But when cancellation fees such as one of means of transportation occur, I deduct the amount or may demand the deficit. In addition, I perform repayment with discharging you promptly when the Bank Account or PayPal Account data of the visitor are not provided at the time of cancellation of a contract proposal or I cannot remit for deficiency. |
